The Role Expectation
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the Product, Architecture & Business teams to achieve Crediwatch’s goals and growth targets.

You will engineer technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions aligned to the business & product goals of the company

Mentor & coach team members in good engineering practices and coding outputs

You will be a champion of engineering excellence: establish team metrics for measurement of engineering and operational excellence.

You will develop your teams by promoting intellectual rigor, identifying skill gaps and providing training where required.



You Have:
8+ years of relevant experience in software product engineering and strategy for the web as well as mobile devices with experience on applications using Python, React and NoSQL, SQL, Search technologies, etc.; preferably working in Fintech space

3+ years of experience leading teams of engineers and driving large-scale projects and products, in collaboration with product, design and business teams

Experience in the design & development of High-availability and scalable, distributed systems

Ability to explore and understand different software frameworks and guiding the team to adapt new technologies

Strong communication skills and can act as an advisor, coach, mentor, and partner all at the same time



Good to Have:
Experience developing customer facing products, technologies and platforms

Experience of creating open source projects out of products

Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups

Demonstrated experience in building AI and Machine learning driven experiences
