Operations & Tech Intern

CFTE is looking for one highly motivated Operations & Tech Intern who would like to take part in CFTE’s journey. The ideal candidate will be delivering programmes to our clients but also you will be in charge of delivering projects to support CFTE’s growth

Job Summary:

• Operations structuring: The operations analyst is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Operation manager to ensure the best level of services.
• Automating analytics & processes in the company: You would be working alongside our Operation Manager in structuring and implementing new technologies in automating overall processes.
• Customer relationship management: You will be ensuring that there is constant engagement with our customers; resolving customer support quickly and efficiently.
• Working across teams: The key here is to be agile to work and support the teams across all departments; Product, Growth, Operations & Business Development, providing them with the right tools and analytics to achieve new goals!

Requirements:
There is no requirement in terms of background education, but having at least one relevant experience in a startup (or other organisation) & being smart, hardworking, and entrepreneurial are a must. You’re not expected to be an expert in Fintech but interest for technology and innovation with some curiosity for Finance is a good start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Preferable 1 year+ experience in management consulting, operations, sales analysis, investment banking or tech company corporate strategy group
• Experience using Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and facility with file formatting and manipulation as well as Powerpoint
• Attention to detail
• Basic experience in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making
• Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused and always changing environments

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with AppScript, JavaScript
• Demonstrates ability to work autonomously and where necessary problem-solve with limited guidancel
• HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Information System design and Data Architecture
• API development and Automation Workflow
