Job Summary

Be part of Carbon Health’s dynamic and talented Marketing organization!


We’re building out our Product Marketing function to support our growing business. The Product Marketing team will help inform the strategic direction and positioning of products, clinical services, drives campaigns when rolling out new products, and optimizes current features and experiences to support client growth, engagement, product adoption and retention with a focus on a positive client experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a an accessible and comprehensive world-class healthcare experience with the client at the center of it. You will be responsible for the clients first interactions with Carbon Health and will partner closely with the strategy and design teams to optimize that experience. You will also have a strong understanding of the client to help the engineering and strategy teams to bring new Carbon Health products to market effectively.


We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketer to lead marketing and web efforts for client-facing products. This role will entail a combination of funnel optimization for existing products and developing positioning and go-to-market strategies for new products

Your Role

- Develop and drive a strategy for client-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams
- Develop collateral for current products and new product launches
- Be the voice and expert of the new client audience
- Work cross-functionally to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches
- Rapidly experiment and iterate to increase conversion and product usage
- Identify new types of products based on user research, client behavior, and market trends


Your Qualifications and Skills

- 5+ years’ experience in marketing; 3+ of those years in product marketing, specific in engagement and retention marketing
- Strong SQL, Excel, and analytical skills
- Analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing. Results driven with the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experienced in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
- Well versed in on-site iterative testing and conversion optimization
- Strong organizational, analytics, and multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Outstanding reputation for cultivating cross-functional collaborations with analytical and creative teams and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
