The Role

Brik + Clik is an early stage startup that is building out its A team to ressurect the retail apocalyse. We are not a pop up but a permanent technology based solution. Most importantly, we belive design makes great products. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and possesses strong knowledge of the fashion retail landscape. Mainly, you’re entrepreneurial, never take “no” for an answer, and like the idea of cliking with us. We are tenuered real estate professionals that are challenging the status quo to solve a fundamental real estate problem.

You have an unique oppurtunity to get on the ground floor of a startup that is tackling a fundamental shift in consumer behavior. Strategically, you would be building out a community that would have a flywheel effect on our business. We are specifically looking for someone that would

  • Have exisiting relations with established retailers and DTC brands.
  • Can manage and coach team responsible for establishing new retailer partnerships, maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and execute them.
  • Build account strategies and execution plans, including key stakeholders and org charts
  • Set expectations and get buy-in from retailer on their responsibilities for program success
  • Lead contract negotiation through execution

Qualifications:
Have worked with department store, eCommerce, digital or large retailers before as a buyer or point person in brand partnerships
-10+ years experience in customer-facing, problem-solving positions in fast-paced companies.

  • A "people person": you are enthusiastic and energized by spending your day interacting with many different people and have the ability to communicate/partner effectively with many different types of stakeholders. -Creative problem solver and comfortable with ambiguity: you wake up every day thinking about how to make progress and come to the table with ideas. You are entrepreneurial and recognize patterns that can be useful across your portfolio of accounts. -Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solutions engineering. -Extremely effective written, verbal, and presentation communication. -You are equally talented at growth hacking as you are telling the brand story. -You are motivated by opportunity and the excitement to pursue win-win opportunities with top-tier brands and talent. -You thrive on coming up with new, fresh ideas for how partnerships can push the brand and business forward, and you're not shy about sharing them.

This is an equity paid cofounder position where you receive shares. At the early stage, you would get the flexibility of combing this with your current employment.
