Venture Partner (m/w/d)

As a Venture Partner, you will have full responsibility for our customer projects, whereby a customer can be one of Germany's hidden champions in the field of mechanical engineering as well as a listed company in the insurance industry. You are in constant contact with the top management of these companies and ensure the success of the project on your own. Bridgemakers Venture Partners design new digital strategies in close exchange with our clients. In order to guarantee the successful implementation of the projects, security in resource management and experience in team leadership are required.

A Venture Partner contributes significantly to the development of our corporate culture and strategy, therefore he/she has excellent leadership skills and is responsible for leading a team of Venture Architects in the different phases of development.
