The Role

- Planning and organising production for small batch electronic devices
- Preparing necessary files and documents
- Coordinating and negotiating with multiple manufacturers / vendors
- Procurement of components from both online and offline platforms
- Product testing and quality control
- Supervising assembly technical staff
- Supervising installations and field technical staff
- Helping the clients understand the dashboard and ease out their problems
