AlikeAudience’s Mobile Audience Intelligence Platform #AIP profiles over 3.9 billions of unique mobile devices across US, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and 7 other APAC countries. Activating valuable and trusted data from app developers and branded data partners (e.g. payment processors and credit card companies), we provide seamless consumer intelligence including but not limited to interests, demographics, and purchase intent for marketers to optimize their outreach of consumers through our proprietary Mobile Advertising Technology. Marketers are able to access AlikeAudience through our global credential partners: Google DoubleClick, TheTradeDesk, AppNexus, Oath, Amobee, and Facebook.

//Who we are looking for:

AlikeAudience is looking for a Full-time Junior Business Analyst (Digital Growth) to work at our Hong Kong office to assist in streamlining our existing platform partnerships (Google DV360, Lotame, Liveramp, TheTradeDesk, Amobee, AppNexus, Oath, Facebook, Nielsen Marketing Cloud, AdColony) worldwide.

Reporting to Business Manager and working hand in hand with multiple teams internally, the Junior Business Analyst (Digital Growth) will ensure the business needs of partners and clients are fulfilled through recurring big data analysis and use cases validation.

// Responsibility:

• Work closely with product team to maintain and uplift the transaction performance of big data between AlikeAudience and our global platform partners (Google DoubleClick, TheTradeDesk, Facebook etc.)

• Respond to RFPs with the best data strategy and audience segments including the segment size, country coverage, use cases by verticals (Retail, Travel, CPG, Auto, etc.)

• Guide existing clients on accessing audience segments across platforms (Google DV360, TheTradeDesk, etc.)

• Communicate with global platform partners when custom segments are created for specific client(s)

• Support Business Manager to identify potential new data use cases and audience segment demand from end clients, media planners, and agency trading desks, via existing platforms (DSPs & DMPs)

• Assist the sales team to prepare for pitches and presentations by providing statistics and data recommendations

• Translate complex data management into commercial language for easy understanding by internal and external decision makers

• Assist Executive team to build and maintain relationships with global data platform partners through regular meetings and participation in industrial events

// Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, or related quantitative academics is preferred

• 1+ years of account executive or analyst experience in MarTech or AdTech industry

• Familiar with AdTech operation, such as DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Networks, etc.

• Distinctive analysis skills and business judgment skills

• Passionate about mastering data-driven marketing and the use of audience segments with a mix of location, online, and offline consumer insights

• Strong quantitative skills and capability to illustrate complex and abstract data products

• Demonstrate self-motivation to create new data analytics strategies

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through

• Read to work in a fast-growing, energetic, and flexible startup environment, with a talented, diverse, and forward-thinking team

• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Business Manager (Digital Growth Lead)
