Activating valuable and trusted data from app developers and branded data partners (e.g. payment processors and credit card companies), we provide seamless consumer intelligence including but not limited to interests, demographics, and purchase intent for marketers to optimize their outreach of consumers through our proprietary Mobile Advertising Technology. Marketers are able to access AlikeAudience through our global credential partners: Google DoubleClick, TheTradeDesk, AppNexus, Oath, Amobee, and Facebook.

//Who we are looking for:

AlikeAudience is looking for a Full-time Business Manager (Digital Growth Lead) to work at our Hong Kong office and be responsible for managing our existing platform partnerships (Google DV360, Lotame, Liveramp, TheTradeDesk, Amobee, AppNexus, Oath, Facebook, Nielsen Marketing Cloud, AdColony) worldwide.

Reporting directly to our senior management executive(s) and work collectively with our core team, the Business Manager (Digital Growth Lead) will participate in building annual forecast plans and leveraging our platform partnerships to exceed revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying the latest market demand for data use cases and audience segments, leveraging platforms network to request introductions to end clients, and working with internal teams to make sure that audience segments are live and fresh across platforms.


//Responsibilities:


• Apply a variety of data analytic tools to uncover correlations, predict metrics and derive insights through internal datasets, distill factors that drive usage growth on our global platform partners

• Assist executive team in data analysis required to explore and validate hypothesis

• Build, own and manage initiatives to develop and automate tooling, dashboards & training to communicate relevant growth metrics to other stakeholders, both regularly and on an ad-hoc basis

• Collaborate with Technical team to shape and drive strategic and tactical development of data infrastructure, insights reporting and applications

• Present insights and recommendations from analysis of market demand to senior management

• Perform ad-hoc analysis on multiple reporting metrics

• Proactively initiate, scope, and execute projects across multiple business units with minimal guidance. Work closely across multiple teams to understand business requirements and ensure the strategies, solutions, dashboards and analysis fit evolving needs.

• Develop, maintain and improve internal and external relationships with the corresponding stakeholders


//Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sociology, Economics, Computer Science or another technical field of study

• 3-6 years of account management / business development / analytical experience with high data volume environments, preferably in MarTech or AdTech landscape and mobile specific technology

• Solid technical understanding of data privacy, data collection, data onboarding from raw data then integration to audience segments, and integration with all major platforms

• Previous operational experience with DSP, DMP, SSP is required

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs

• Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability with senior management or global enterprises

• Existing connections with decision makers and key industry players is preferred

• Strength in coordinating multi-functional teams

• Willingness to work in multiple time zones and travel to key markets to maintain platform partnerships

• Independent, fast learner, high attention to details, creative, service oriented & a team player
