(Sr.) Marketing Operations Manager - Marketo Expert

We're hiring for a (Sr.) Marketing Operations Manager that has experience with growing the Marketing Operations infrastructure for a VERY fast-growing company with lots of inbound leads and a growing Sales staff.

The audience and customer base are mainly developers -- as the product is a technical product used for product releases. So experience building out Marketing Operations and Analytics for products with a technical audience is a huge plus.

This roles will have heavy growth in the organization over time, as the Marketing team is still small.

Ideally you have:

- 3+ years of experience running Marketing Operations within a very high-growth environment. Preferably, within a very high-growth enterprise startup.

- Strong experience in utilizing Analytics to drive decision-making across email, landing pages, and conversion rates

- An interest in owning and building a full-stack, instead of being handed an outdate legacy system.
