You are experienced full stack RoR developer. You have
- 3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- want to work in core development / R&D ... we aren't taking the specs from our clients. we are writing them ourselves.
- want to be full-time and long-term dedicated to building a great product.
NO FREELANCERS LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM CONTRACTS

Our development team is composed of local and international talent. Our R&D team is working from different locations, including a lot of work-from-home developers. We also provide nice offices to our team, with offices in San Jose Costa Rica, Manila, and Mexico City.
