Digital Marketeer

We're looking for a Digital Marketeer who can distribute our content and create awareness of our brand, content & product offering.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketeer will be responsible for our online presence and visibility, and analysing the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Tasks - You will:

• Create engaging social media content on multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn & Instagram, and experiment with YouTube & Twitter.
• Translate longer form content such as blogs & interviews or podcasts to engaging short-form content on both our social media & our newsletter.
• Measure the impact & let it drive your next campaigns & content tests.
• Search for and establish partnerships to increase our reach on both social media & for our newsletter.
• Build a community by providing people who interact with our brand with a swift and in-brand response.
• Create campaigns from scratch to promote or scale a new product, as well as pomoting our current product.
• Create ad campaigns & manage them.
• Manage colleagues & freelancers to deliver what you need from them in time for your campaigns.
• Take care of customer support, for which you'll formulate responses, being a very limited task.

Skills - You can:

• Write in impeccable English and double- (or triple)check your own work.
• Write engaging copy and adapt the voice of the message to the channel you're posting on.
• Get visibility on social media & subscribers for our newsletter.
• Work with e-mail, LinkedIn & Instagram; as well as YouTube & Twitter. These are the channels you're interested in and you understand how to create reach. You stay on top of changes.
• Set up Social Ad Campaigns.
• Any growth marketing experience, being with A/B testing, creating landing pages & funnels, creating & scaling growth experiments, is a serious plus.
• SEO knowledge is a serious asset, as it'll make you more valuable for the team and the projects they're working on.
• Create newsletters that are both content-rich as visually attractive.

Experience & mindset - You are:

• Someone who's been there and done that, as you'll be the expert on these things.
• Very interested in the topics we cover content-wise, being: focus, productivity, peace of mind, digital wellbeing and improved phone habits. This might seem like a bonus, but for Stolp it's an absolute must. Practice what you preach, walk the talk.
• You love what you do and are passionate about it. And you want to deploy & develop your skills in a start-up that creates a positive impact on the loves of people.
• A continuous learner and have an outspoken interest in enhancing your productivity, focus, personal & digital wellbeing. You've already taken action to improve your own screen time or to reduce the impact of your phone on your productivity.
• Adaptable: social media (and our strategy) are constantly changing, so nothing will be set in stone. When the analytics or our new ideas ask for a change of direction, you'll adapt with a smile & enthusiasm for the challenges that lie in front of you.
• A self-starter. You prefer getting things done over waiting for approval. You take initiative when you're stuck so you can obtain your targets and moreover, the goals you've set for yourself.
• Extremely motivated. As Stolp grows, we'll all need to remain creative, take initiative, work independently in order to grow to the international brand we want to become.
