Social Media (SM) / Content & Communications Associate - New Delhi

Most important part of this job is: You must have demonstrated & extensive social media willingness, awareness & understanding of behavior

This means: You are actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development & management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc. & are well-connected with the broader social media world

You must be able to think strategically, but be willing & able to roll up your sleeves to help implement the programs

You will be responsible for actual SM implementation & measurement

*KRA*
# Create a comprehensive SM strategy to define programs that use SMM techniques to increase visibility, membership & traffic across all Kamyab’s Client’s projects & or brands & Implement & manage SM programs
# Experiment with new & alt. ways to leverage SM activities (“marketing R&D”)
# Monitor trends in SM tools, trends & applications & appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at Kamyab
# Strategize with & educate the mgmt team & others across the co. on incorporating relevant SM techniques into the corporate culture & into all of the company’s products & services
# Measure

Knowledge / awareness in the following areas:
# SM tools & techniques
# Marketing (traditional, new media, guerrilla & word of mouth)/BD
# Strategy Making & Planning / Product marketing
