The Role

Experience in full life cycle software development including design, development, production, testing, roll out, maintenance and support
Develop a hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android platform using the Flutter / RN framework
Daily communication and coordination with client
Candidate should have 3-5 years of good expertise in developing a hybrid mobile application, with at least 2 years of experience in the Flutter framework / RN
Candidate should have worked on multiple Flutter / RN projects.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Should be able to communicate with the client team
Strong object oriented design and development experience
Hands on experience in Android, RN, Ionic Flutter including custom UI and compatibility of screen
Experience with multi-threading and memory management on mobile devices
Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a plus (Android, iPad and iPhone)
Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL
Understands technical and functional design requirements
Experience with XML and data manipulation extraction using parsers
Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills and prior experience with performance measurement tools
Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones
Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features
Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements
Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
