Position: Sales Executive

Tazwiz is a Startup based in Toronto, Ontario. We are creating an ecosystem for communities where anyone can be connected to local members near them to get tasks done. Currently, we are looking for a positive and motivated “Sales Executive” to join our sales team in Kingston. Our work environment is very different, we have flexible hours and are more focused on getting results.

As a Sales Executive, you will be working closely with our Sales Head. The candidate must be hard-working, motivated and creative. They must also possess excellent knowledge of sales with strong verbal communication skills and must be able to meet the sales target. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow at a fun and fast-paced environment with great benefits like flexible hours, downtown office, casual dress code.

An ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a startup environment and is willing to learn on the job and increase their horizons to help Tazwiz meet all of its sales needs.

Responsibilities:

Complete a high volume of outbound prospecting, targeting potential and current clients
Conduct and manage the sales cycle process from the initial contact through the full partnership
Develop new relations and identify business opportunities on a daily basis
Have a successful track record of exceeding sales targets
Setting up meetings with potential clients

Requirements:

Keen interest in sales and business development
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Have a successful track record of meeting sales targets
Highly motivated, self-starter and must be a team player with demonstrated collaboration skills
Proven time management skills and ability to manage changing priorities with ease
