Head of Sales – Collaborative workspace

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for forecasting, planning and achieving of sales revenue. Responsible for New Client Acquisition.
  • Use all available tools and data sources to understand your leads better and capture data properly.
  • Responsible to maintain and develop long lasting relation with clients Follow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone or through face to face meeting.
  • Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and closing the sale.
  • Ability to use data analytics for decision making
  • Deliver powerful presentations and an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe.
  • Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to management

Qualification/Experience

  • Experience in outdoor marketing activities, corporate meetings, presentations and lead generation.
  • Hands on experience in B2B Sales.
  • Candidate should have experience in channel sale, developing channel partners.
  • Should have good communication skills and should be presentable.
  • Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a fast-paced live environment
