[Recruitment: Project Manager at a Japanese fintech startup in Phnom Penh Cambodia]

Spean Luy is a subsidiary company of DIGICRO Pte. Ltd whose mission is to serve the unbanked people in Cambodia.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead the dev team to bring our customers the best experience with Spean Loan app. The main role will be to play a key role within our dev team, driving project management by organising all long term and short term schedule and tasks at Spean.

Responsibilities:
Manage the product road map and product development process and hands on development in Flutter and Java script when needed
Communicate effectively with the CEO and lead the entire dev and biz team to plan, design, and implement product decisions
Create, scope, test, implement, and scale new features that delight users and differentiate our product
Deeply understand & improve our business metrics, driving long-term value creation for our customers and our business

Must-have Requirements:
Experience with developing and operating in any scale of products, preferably in fintech fields
Software development experience, especially in Flutter and/or Java script
Engineering management experience
Project management experience
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
