Overview

PreIPO (a Distributed Platform for Private Market Securities) works with investors, issuers, financial institutions, corporations, and broker-dealers to enable the purchase of private market-securities through expansive networks across the globe through its suite of AI & ML based diligence & discovery tools.

The TABS Suite is a DaaS (Diligence-as-a-Service) platform run by a powerful team that goes beyond observation and recommendation, and was recently acquired by PreIPO. Now, the technologies are merging and a super-team is being formed.

We are relentless in uncovering new opportunities to help both founders and investors achieve greater returns through our proprietary solutions and strategies. Our deep knowledge and expertise stem largely from personal experience building independent ventures over the past decade, while also advising and investing in the early-stage startup ecosystem. We value evidence over opinion, and our team of intellectually curious overachievers are now looking for a marketing rockstar to grow in this position as we race towards a 9-figure exit.

Objectives of this Role (Daily and Monthly Responsibilities)

• Gather market intelligence
• Deliver personalized messages through multiple touchpoints to build brand awareness and raise interest (email marketing automation, social media, paid advertising...)
• Build marketing support to support the sales process (webinars, presentations, white papers…)
• Attend management team meetings to deliver progress updates
• Growth hacking to find innovative ways to generate large volume traction i.e. partnerships and waitlist sign ups
• Collaborate with the C-Team in setting and driving organizational vision along with operational strategy
• Other tasks relevant to the field

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Plus: Figma & Webflow experience / fast-learner mindset
• Plus: ability to think creatively / outside of the box
• Proven ability to navigate new terrains and apply training skills to real world scenarios
• Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives
• Strong analytic and organizational skills

Personal entrepreneurial experience a plus.
