Duties & Responsibilities

• Leading full-stack team of developers across web & apps platform
• Responsible for launch of new products & its features
• Architect and Code the new robust, secured and scalable version
• Lead and function in an agile development framework.
• Performance management for Front & Backend Engineers, QA, Dev ops resources

Knowledge Skills

➢ Degree – Bachelors or Masters/ PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education.
➢ Experience in a management, engineering, architecture and technology strategy role.
➢ Experienced in building large-scale mobile application development.
➢ Experienced in Test Driven development
➢ Experience in recruiting, growing and building large, impactful engineering teams.
➢ Commanding grasp of databases, object oriented programming and scripting.
