OVERVIERVIEW

Bella & Bona is actively looking for an enthusiastic and talented graduate-program intern to join our growing sales, technology and operations Team. In this flexible role, depending on your capabilities and aspirations you will support the company's rocketing growth and success across different functions from our Munich office. All our internship positions have the potential to convert into a full-time role within 3/6 months for our top performers.

Joining one of the most promising Food-Tech companies in Europe as one of their first 30 team members, this position offers significant potential for growth and learning in a short amount of time.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and resourceful individual, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial, high-pace environment.


YOUR MISSION

• As an intern, you will work closely with the directors, CFO and CEO of the company and you will take ownership of projects across sales, technology, and operations
• Depending on the function, your mission could include, developing leads on new customers (sales), supporting the improvement of our daily kitchen operations (ops) or actively working on enhancing the features of some of our key technology interfaces (e.g. our App or Website)


YOUR PROFILE

• Be a top achiever throughout your career. Our interns are energetic, reliable, and eager to turn their internship into a full-time position.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) within Sales, Business, Food or other relevant types of education
• Experience in either (1) the start-up world or (2) consulting are a plus
• Fluency in English is a must. Being fluent in German is a strong plus.
