Business Development Manager – Staffing

Job Description:

• Grow existing accounts as measured by headcount, revenues and gross margins.
• Provide account management expertise and excellent customer service to existing clients while generating revenue opportunities.
• Generate opportunities by refining requirements as necessary and securing signed SOW and/or PO, understanding project pricing and margin needs.
• Manage client expectations and serve as an advocate on behalf of BayInfotech.
• Manage internal resources including the recruiters supporting you.
• Drive the delivery process through a win, kick-off, and subsequent follow-ups.
• Build relationships with your consultants who are on assignments.
• Manage candidates through the placement process to ensure a high fill rate with excellent client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and gross profit growth with assigned account(s) to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and manage associated metrics and forecasts.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with familiarity with enterprise candidate sourcing and vendor management tactics.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes before final submission to clients.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Management of Offshore Teams.
• Conducting Pipeline/Status Calls with Offshore teams.

Skill-set required:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as an IT staffing Account Manager and Technical Recruiting.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,stress etc.).
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
