Speech Recognition Specialist

1.Responsible for the research and development of algorithms for speech recognition, signal processing, such as pre-processing of speech, training of acoustic model and language model, optimization of decoder
负责语音识别、信号处理相关算法的研究与开发，如语音前端处理、声学模型训练、语言模型训练、解码器优化等；
2.Responsible for the development of application and tools for algorithms of big data analysis, speech processing etc.
负责大数据分析、语音处理相关算法的应用开发及工具编写；
3.Responsible for the state-of-art research and application of the algorithm and model training of speech recognition
负责语音识别模型训练及前沿算法研究及应用；
4.Responsible for the state-of-art research and application of the algorithm and model training of deep learning language model
负责语言模型深度学习前沿算法研究及应用；
5.Responsible for supporting the core technology and model requirements of the product business unit.
负责支撑产品业务部门的核心技术及模型需求。

1.Master or PhD in computer science, Signal and information processing, communication engineering
硕士及以上学历，计算机、信号与信息处理、通信工程等相关专业毕业；
2.Master in speech recognition theories, familiar with acoustic model, language model, decoder etc.
精通语音识别理论，熟悉声学模型、语言模型或解码器的流程细节，以及HMM，GMM，LSTM，CTC等相关原理；了解国内外语音识别技术的发展状况；
3.Master in C/C++/Java/Python, 3+ year of R&D experience in speech related system (not including demo system), Large scale ASR model training and system implementation experience a plus
编程能力(c/c++/java/python)强，有语音相关实用系统（不含演示系统）三年以上研发经验；有大规模识别模型训练及语音识别全系统搭建经验优先；
4.Familiar with at least one of the following deep learning frameworks: Kaldi, HTK, Sphinx, TensorFlow. In-depth knowledge in deep learning algorithm
熟悉Kaldi，HTK，Sphinx，TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架，对深度学习算法有深入的研究；
5.Good communication and organization skills, High sense of responsibility and execution capability
具有良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力,具有高度的责任心和执行力；
6.Quick reading and processing of research papers.
有较强的paper阅读能力。
