The Role

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of Delhi's Luxury Residential Real Estate Market.
  2. Consult and educate the client about luxury projects.
  3. Cold Calling potential investors and customers from verified lists and leads.
  4. Take part actively in project-related training, site visits and client meetings at our office.
  5. To have a 360 knowledge of real estate prices, projects, inventories, amenities & facilities.
  6. Develop strategies to generate leads for luxury project marketing and arrange client visits & meetings.
  7. Develop an understanding of the dynamics of Luxury Real Estate and knowhow of the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. You have a basic understanding of major concepts and jargon of real estate.
  2. You have sufficient knowledge of Delhi, Noida & Gurgaon micro markets.
  3. You are comfortable working with Real Estate Developers/ Builders/Contractors directly and have amazing negotiation skills.
  4. You have a data driven approach towards balancing the demand and supply with a proven track record of meeting & exceeding your targets.
  5. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
