The Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work as an inside sales team member and perform outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails, Whatsapp, and linkedin for the organisation.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route opportunities to the appropriate centers for further development
• Make sure that the lead generated is closed and appropriate feedback is taken.
• Organizing and collate database of the leads generated and the feedback received from each lead.
• Manage CRM tool.
• Qualitative analysis of feedbacks received.
• Answer questions from clients about our service offerings.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans for different services and events.
• Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Execute marketing plans time to time and make changes to client proposals, presentations and deliverables.
• Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as requested by the Senior Management.

ELIGIBILITY
• Education – Any Graduate
• Work Experience – 0 - 2 yrs
• Professional Background – Sales
• Language Proficiency – English Mandatory along with any one of the mentioned languages ( Marathi,Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati)
