Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Vizmo. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, enterprise sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Develop sales processes for effective functionality of sales strategies.
- Stay current with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in B2B sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop sales processes, strategies and execute them effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional research skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., ZOHO) and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, enterprise sales, including subscription-based business models and pricing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
