The role of the Project Manager is to develop in-house products and supervise software development projects from clients under the Technology Development Division.
(1)Oversee projects from the planning to delivery stage
(2)Review documents like source codes
(3)Act as a point of reference for dealing with clients on development details. E.g. communication with clients on dates and usage, control of client requests
(4)Communicate with and oversee internal engineers and sales team
The Project Manager must be able to act independently in approaching clients and work actively to seek and propose solutions to problems.
Communication using Japanese is a prerequisite for this position.
