Job Description:
The role is responsible for coding, modifying and delivering technically feature-rich websites web applications, portals and platforms with a focus on robustness, security, technical superiority and innovative features in line with client expectations. Basic principles of clear navigation and interactive experiences is an essential
Development tasks could range from basic site layouts to complex e-commerce portals and start-up solutions with the ability to work in teams across locations. The roles are fungible to accommodate front end or server side development.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
The position requires constant communication with colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
Working knowledge of Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla development
Experience in full stack development or mobile app development will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills to faceoff clients when required
Ability to work within challenging deadlines
Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
