Senior Blockchain Engineer

We are looking for a lead blockchain full stack engineer, who is passionate about building innovative solutions for a groundbreaking new marketplace. You should be knowledgable of the existing blockchain stack and visionary in your approach to leveraging its components. You should have a background in architecting data-centric, networked and rapidly changing and growing systems.To use your extensive knowledge of Golang and/or Python to design and implement backend services (APIs, daemons, and web services) to support our high volume backend as well as frontends.
You will see this project through from technical strategy and wireframes, to the nitty-gritty implementation. You should have a desire to grow with the company - encompassing not only growing your technical skills but building your managerial, teamwork, training and mentorship abilities.

We don't require media experience, but a working knowledge of the space is encouraged and our Cinematic-focused mission should resonate with you. You will be integral to channeling our mission into a delightful product experience and elegant technology stack.

Skills and areas of knowledge you should feel comfortable with:

-A working understanding of how blockchains and consensus protocols work.
-Experience with writing smart-contracts (Solidity)
-A good grasp of best-practices in smart-contract security.
-Experience with Truffle, Web3.js and other relevant development tools.
-Curious and motivated to learn anything and everything new in the space (most important qualification)
-Solid experience with researching, designing and implementing distributed systems is a big plus
-Experience working with data architecture, networking, system scalability and security.
-Experience in Open source, APIs, interoperability, platforms
-Working familiarity with blockchain technology and the architecture of decentralized networks.
-Knowledgeable about Ethereum, Solidity smart-contracts, the Ethereum Virtual Machine, LLL, and IPFS.
-Product management, agile methodology, sprint planning, performance measurement should be familiar and appealing.
-Experience working with remote workforces and large developer communities is a plus.
-Experience working in open communities a plus.
