Job Description:
Onbrand is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Founding Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As a Founding Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales function from the ground up. This is a full-cycle role where you will be responsible for generating your own leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. This is a hybrid position with time spent between our office in Lehi, UT and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' pain points and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to close, effectively managing multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry landscape, staying abreast of market trends and competitive insights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Onbrand, representing our values and vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in building out the sales function by developing sales collateral and refining sales processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success selling in the small business or mid-market space within technology or SaaS
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building something from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
