Technical, Business & Role Skills:
• Self-driven self-starter
• Ability to work on call when required
• Face to face customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer, network, and mobile tools and applications
• Ability to create technical documentation.

Activities to Perform:
• Daily check in with Director of operations
• Daily walk through of Client’s restaurants
• Daily service now ticket check in
• Work with others towers to resolve client issues
• Login to weekly teams meeting and address concerns
