Full Stack Web Developer

We're seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our Agile Train and enhance the customer experience on our website. This role involves hands-on development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, and SQL Server, along with providing technical leadership to internal and offshore teams.

Responsibilities:
Software Development:

• Design and deploy business-facing web applications and integration solutions using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure the security and scalability of web services and APIs while adhering to best practices.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide internal and offshore team members in developing innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design fault-tolerant, scalable, and extensible solutions using microservices architecture.

Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain documentation for critical systems and technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical concepts and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of full stack web development experience with .NET technologies, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and experience with authentication and directory services.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and DevOps concepts, including CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with additional technologies like AngularJS, Java, or Azure services.
• Experience with Agile Development methodology.
