The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Coordinate administrative staff schedules and tasks to ensure coverage and completion of duties.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization by relaying information between departments and staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff members as required.
  • Address administrative issues and concerns as they arise, finding solutions to resolve them efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work demands.
