What You'll Do:

You Bring:

• Strategic Leadership and Execution in High-Growth Settings: With 3+ years in finance, strategy or operations roles, ideally with a background tech / SaaS, consulting or banking, you are prepared to navigate the complexities of a rapidly expanding organization and driving tangible results / deliverables.
• Startup Agility: Comfortable in the fast-paced, fluid world of startups, you're ready to pivot when necessary, drive progress, and embrace the unknown.
• Strategy: As a pivotal member of the founding team, your strategic planning and critical thinking will play a critical role in propelling Focus AI towards its objectives. Your ability to rapidly assimiliate information, adapt, and execute is key.
