QA Manager

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies,
proven leadership abilities, and a track record of implementing effective QA processes. As the
QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance across our
products or projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts.

● Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards to ensure quality goals
are met.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and requirements.

● Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software
functionality, usability, and performance.

● Develop and uphold automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, and other
tools to enhance the efficiency of testing procedures.

● Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent
recurrence.

● Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive
continuous quality enhancement initiatives.

● Manage the release process, including coordinating release activities and ensuring
product readiness for deployment.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality
assurance.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a managerial
or leadership role.

● Strong understanding of software development methodologies, QA best practices, and
testing techniques.

● Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities simultaneously.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
