Infinite Commerce is looking for a Director of Paid Marketing to support our portfolio of brands with paid media to our Marketplaces with both US and International presence. In this role you will partner with Divisional Brand Managers, VP of Core Marketplaces and VP of Growth Marketplaces to create and execute Amazon Advertising targeting and optimization strategies, inclusive of managing a SEO/Keyword Research process and a synergistic process of driving qualified paid and organic traffic to our listings.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Paid Marketing expert with a proven track record, who can thrive on a strategic and tactical level, who’s been able to execute and manage a team of PPC Managers and Analysts. You will manage a team of Performance Marketing Managers and analysts to set goals, execute an advertising strategy. You will have deep expertise in all things Amazon and will have spent the majority of your career working in that space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven targeting strategies using the our in-house technology platform
  • Lead a team of Performance Marketing Managers and Brand Performance Analysts to optimize marketing spend and grow sales
  • Highlight incremental sales opportunities to Brand Managers through promotional opportunities and make product detail page content recommendations to improve conversion
  • Leverage our technology platform to manage budget pacing, identify trends, and take actions
  • Ensure proper budget allocation across strategies/products to align with business objectives
  • Create and review weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze category trends, perform competitive analysis across the portfolios
  • Maximize market share, revenue, and profitability for all brands and markets
  • Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, ensuring all content is optimized for visibility.
  • Develop a comprehensive keyword research and meticulously manage the organization of them for maximum effectiveness in Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and refine the company’s keyword research process and expand keyword opportunities to increase product visibility.
  • Train and mentor team members, sharing expertise in SEO and keyword research best practices.Stay on top of industry changes and updates in Amazon's policies, guidelines, and algorithms.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Amazon team to resolve any campaign issues and explore new opportunities based on market trends.
  • Learns quickly when facing new problems, open to change, enjoys challenges and finding solutions
  • Enjoys diving deep into data to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working with Amazon Advertising and Seller Central
  • 5+ years of management experience (with a global team is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising metrics and Seller Central KPI’s
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Expected salary range: $136,240-$177,112 USD
