About the Role (AI&ML Lead – Python):

We are looking for a hardcore techie for this role. One who lives & breathes code. With a history of building and deploying projects/solutions across varied AL&ML tech stack. An entrepreneurial streak is welcome. If you love solving technical challenges, then this is the role for you.

The candidate will primarily work on developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions for our clients and also work on Senzcraft Automation Platform. Candidate must have experience in delivering MULTIPLE projects over end to end lifecycle, from development to support. Must be able to actively engage, own project delivery and lead team to deliver. The work will span a stack of technologies including Python, and AI/ML.

Must have skills:
• Deep experience in elastic search / vector databases such as Azure AI, Chroma, LLMAIndex, Pinecone
• Deep experience in computer vision - object detection, image enhancement, document processing, text extraction, pre and post processing
• Deep experience in NLP & LLMS (Language Models) - experience of work in chatbots, NER and using GPT, BERT and other NLP models; ability to compare models and recommend best suited
• Exposure to annotation and HIL tools, open source
• Python based application development using framework libraries e.g. pandas, scikit, nltk, numpy, Django/pytorch/flask etc
• Proficiency in RDBMS, preparing complex SQL queries, using Elastic Search
• API based development, integration experience with ERPs/CRMs like SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Salesforce
• MLOps+DevOps Exposure: ability to set up and use tools for CI/CD, MLOps Containerization using docker
• Experience with cloud based application development and deployment, Azure/AWS Web and App Services based microservices hosting

Good to Have Skills (one or more is fine!):
• Experience in full stack development
• Ability to define and lead projects
• Understanding on Project delivery methods and guidelines

The person must be a self-learner, have excellent ability to pick up new technologies, self-motivated and proactive.

Roles & Responsibilities –

• Ideate and scoping: Understand the business problem and create/review solutions; Suggest new ways of solving challenging problems
• Technical Solution - Create solutions for customers; Perform estimates and develop project plan.
• Design: Support in defining architecture. Deliver design artefacts.
• Environment: Understand need across all phases of project, set up environments including dev ops.
• Delivery: Ensure flawless and bug free delivery following standard process, methods and toolsets
• Deploy: Assess options, deploy solutions on cloud platforms
• Collaborate: Interface with various clients teams connected to delivery of projects. Ex: Infrastructure/IT, Operations
• Innovate: Suggest new ways of working, Develop reusable components and IP for the organization
