Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media, newsletters etc.
• Create online and offline events for community engagement.
• Create simple assessments and activities for self-improvement.
• Create structured self-help and habit building programs.
• Writing all forms of content (text, audio, video) for all channels of YourDOST.
• Writing research backed articles, whitepapers, books etc based on primary and secondary data.
• Coming up with amazing copy for headlines, email subject, posters, campaigns etc

Requirement

• Strong knowledge or a background in psychology/ coaching (degree doesn't matter).
• Very very very creative (probably the only requirement for this role - rest can be learnt or taken help of)
• Proven creativity in college/ job - esp around events/ activities/ content creation.
