*What you'll get to do

We seek an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and oversee and drive the progress of our technical projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong Business analytics background and a solid understanding of JavaScript and Typescript.

*What would be your responsibilities?
*

1. Project Management:
   
2. Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.

4. Technical Expertise:

5. Possess a deep understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and tools.

6. Ownership and improvement on SDLC best practices across the organisation

7. Communication and Collaboration:

8. Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to cross-functional teams.

9. Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

10. Risk Management:

11. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

12. Handle unexpected challenges with resilience and adaptability.

This role is tailor-made for you if have

• 3-5 yrs experience in Program Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence principles and tools.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Typescript
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We already like you if

• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
