The Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional People Partner to to join our team in Poland. The Regional People Partner plays a crucial role in collaborating with regional and country leaders to drive business results. This involves identifying key themes from local teams through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. The role works closely with various People team colleagues in their region/countries and relevant centres of expertise to ensure effective manager and employee experiences while implementing people objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.

About the role

The Regional People Partner is responsible for aligning people initiatives, practices, and policies with global Bolt culture to support local markets. This involves assessing employee needs, ensuring a positive employee experience, and providing data-driven HR expertise. Collaboration with People Centres of Expertise and other stakeholders is essential for driving operational excellence in the respective markets.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Cultivating strong stakeholder relationships by providing HR thought partnership, coaching, and data analysis at both regional and country levels
  • Contributing to various People Projects, including Bolt Performance Process, Compensation Review, and Engagement surveys, aligned with the Regional People Strategy
  • Managing and implementing various People Strategies through local leadership across the full People processes (incl. but not limited to, performance management, succession planning, organisational design, employee engagement, D&I programs, exit interviews, compensation reviews, talent management, etc) ensuring there is a standard level of support for leaders across all our regions
  • Driving discussions and plans for improving employee engagement and experience within specific markets and countries
  • Facilitating leadership coaching and team building to support regional growth in alignment with the Regional People Strategy
  • Collaborating with the Regional People team to ensure high service delivery, well-being, and growth of direct reports

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a People Partner/HR Business Partner capacity, preferably in a matrix/multinational organisation
  • You have strong communication skills, an ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders and work within a team
  • You have a hands-on approach and success in managing effective development, retention, and reward initiatives in one or more countries
  • You are experienced in managing employee relations cases in more than one country, with solid understanding of local labour law implications
  • You have a fluent Business English
  • You have an ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, prioritising topics that bring impact and value to the stakeholders and the People team within the region
