Passion beats it all. To simplify it, here are the skills what we are looking for.

Be strong in C#
Possess strong understanding of Unity
Must have worked on at least one VR (Virtual Reality) or AR (Augmented Reality) app
Strong in programming and algorithm development
Be conversant in usage of sockets and multi-threaded programming
(Optional) Working knowledge in WebRTC, STUN, TURN implementations
