Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer, you will lead a dedicated team of designers to develop an all-in-one AI assistant platform, and cutting-edge AI models and tools. You will be one of the first designers to join our team and will work closely with the co-founders.

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Chat Data LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI in healthcare. You will leverage your design expertise to create intuitive, user-centric products that meet the complex needs of our users. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and emotional aspects of product design, as you will be tasked with translating complex data into accessible and engaging user experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that our products not only solve real-world problems but also provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to bring your designs to life, all while keeping the end-user's needs at the forefront of every decision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Projects: Oversee the design process for new features and enhancements across our product suite, including Medical Chat and Chat Data platforms. Ensure that design solutions are aligned with our strategic goals and user needs.

• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research to gather insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and usability testing.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Facilitate workshops and design sprints to encourage collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

• Design System Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products. Champion the adoption of this system within the development team to streamline the design-to-development workflow.

• Accessibility and Compliance: Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and SOC2. Advocate for the importance of privacy and security in the design of our products.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills. Foster a culture of design excellence and innovation within the team.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Product Designer who embodies our values and is driven to make a difference in the healthcare technology space. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and user-centric thinking. Here's what we're specifically looking for:

• Experience and Education: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UX/UI design, particularly for web and mobile applications. A bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.

• User-Centered Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to incorporate user research, personas, and usability testing into the design process. You should have a deep understanding of design principles and be able to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, as it will help in communicating effectively with the engineering team.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and focus on solutions that address user needs and business goals.

• Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to lead design projects and mentor junior designers.

• Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance: Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and SOC2, and how they impact product design and user experience in the healthcare technology sector.
