Offer Description
Relocate Now is seeking a Relocation intern to join our dynamic team. As a member of our Relocation team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families navigate the exciting and sometimes complex world of relocation. We are committed to providing a seamless and empowering experience for our clients. We combine cutting-edge technology with expert guidance, and your contribution will be vital in making each journey successful.

Responsibilities
• Support the relocation specialist in providing personalized guidance and support throughout the relocation process and managing documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures;
• Liaise with competent authorities on behalf of clients, addressing inquiries and resolving potential issues;
• Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions and tasks;
• Coordinate enrollment in relevant authorities (namely tax authorities, social security and healthcare systems);
• Manage client files and ensure they are complete and organized;
• Support on completing required paperwork and forms;
• Maintain a database of relocation resources and information.

Requirements and qualifications / Profile
• Degree in Law, Taxation or Management;
• Strong understanding of Portuguese tax laws and regulations;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• User-friendly computer skills;
• Good teamwork skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Capacity for organization and confidentiality;
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
