DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to help us build the future of mental performance.

By joining our development team as a DevOps Engineer, you’ll become part of the movement that aspires to bridge the gaps between music, biofeedback technology and mental performance. Your main focus will be building and maintaining a robust (cloud) infrastructure to support our mobile and web applications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years experience working in a DevOps role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python and Typescript
• Proficiency with Terraform or other similar Infrastructure as Code languages
• Understanding of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Cloud Run
• Knowledgeable about cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a DevOps environment
• Familiarity with Github Actions and Android / iOS build pipelines

Nice to haves

• Deep understanding of the GCP cloud platform
• Experience with back-end development and test-driven development
• Experience with the Websocket protocol
• Experience with App Store and Play Store deployments, Gradle, Xcode
