At Acrylic, we’re on a mission to build the fine art creation tools of the future and make art accessible to all while making it easier for creators to earn a living. We leverage robotics and machine learning to enable visual artists to produce textured artwork made with real paint on canvas — at scale.

- We’re a robotics startup based in Montreal, QC, recruiting for a full-time software engineer starting this summer
- This role is in-person.
- The start date is flexible, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis (priority to early applicants).
Duties and Responsibilities
As a growth intern at Acrylic, you’ll be filling one of the most cross-functional roles at the company. From artist relations to B2B sales to project management to financial analysis, your role is going to vary substantially over the summer. We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter with the drive and adaptability to thrive in a volatile role. In exchange, here’s what’s in it for you:

What we’re looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree
- Entrepreneurial, highly tolerant of ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources
- Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks — big or small
- Eager to learn all the challenges and exciting parts of building a high-growth venture-backed company
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and steer multiple concurrent projects to success using data to track progress along the way
