The Role

About Orchard Insights

Orchard Insights is tearing down the old way of conducting market research, and flipping the industry on its head. Instead of asking consumers what they think, we use social media feeds to see what they’re actually doing. Our clients include some of the largest brands in the world, and now is an exciting time to join our growing team and expanding business as we bring market research practices into the 21st century in a way no one else is doing right now.

About the Role

This is production-based design role with an emphasis on managing the execution of a high volume of work. This workload requires the execution of repetitive designs at a rapid pace. This role will be supported by a pool freelancers to help execute the work, so you will need to have experience delegating the right tasks to the right people, and managing multiple designers to ensure that projects are rendered and delivered quickly, reliably, and with consistent aesthetics.

Our client book features many Fortune 500 companies, and the designs – while not often delivered at advertising fidelity – must meet the expectations of these high caliber clients. Though most often the Sr. Production Design Manager will not be required to present to clients, presence in project discussions is sometimes needed, so this person must be comfortable speaking to clients, explaining their work, and defending their strategies.

This role works across multiple work streams, collaborating closely with the Accounts, Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams. This role will report to the Director of Operations. There is considerable growth available to this role, with the ability to build a team around this person in due time.
