Reading your heart rate and stress levels from a single 20-second video of your face. Sounds crazy, right? Well that's exactly what we do at IntelliProve, a MedTech startup based in Ghent. We take things seriously and aim for no less than medical grade accuracy and are ready to revolutionise the healthcare industry. With our in-house algorithms we are one of the pioneers, world-wide, to have developed an algorithm that extracts not only heart rate and respiratory rate from a video, but also all kinds of stress related parameters! 💪 Who are we looking for?

As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our sales team and be responsible for developing sales leads via all funnels and channels, while simultaneously helping craft the appropriate go to market messaging and strategies. The position requires a passion to succeed, a willingness to go the extra mile and the desire to be an integral part of a winning team.

As a key part of the IntelliProve team, you will:

  • Through outbound prospecting campaigns generate sales leads and set up sales meetings
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and generate interest
  • Conduct high-level conversations throughout an organization, including with Senior Executives
  • Understand customers' needs and master the business problems that IntelliProve solves for, the value IntelliProve provides, and why it is unique in the marketplace
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
  • Use online networking and search engine tools to help build targeted lists and identify new opportunity areas

Skills we are looking for:

  • Native Dutch and fully proficient in English
  • 9 months to 1 year experience working as an SDR within a Tech Company
  • Extremely competitive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy winning as a team
  • Comfortable using CRM Tools (Hubspot) + Prospecting Tools
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have empathy and you're passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
