Job Description
As a fast-moving early-stage company, Hush Home is looking for a talented and dynamic entrepreneur to join as our Digital Marketing Specialist. This person will take full responsibility of digital marketing and think out of the box to expand our digital channels, scale customer acquisition and retention, and continually drive higher ROI. The right individual will be multi-talented and have a deep passion for data, numbers, and all things digital.

Your Dream Job

• Work directly with co-founders to scale company, develop go-to-market strategies for new products, and expand to new markets
• Formulate digital marketing strategies and plans, and lead integrated marketing and digital campaigns from concept to execution
• Manage digital marketing budget in accordance with revenue and profit targets
• Implement digital initiatives on company website, social media, search, content, and other digital platforms
• Utilize data-driven marketing activities for conversion and retention across performance marketing channels including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and more
• Optimize paid and organic search performance across all SEM and SEO campaigns
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion, prioritization and optimization
• Lead, develop, execute and optimize website content and technical SEO strategies
• Recommend changes to website architecture, layouts, content and other factors to increase conversion rate and improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Design, develop, and monitor CRM programs and email marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and loyalty across different segments of the customer base, fostering a community of brand evangelists
• Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales to optimize the sales funnel and dramatically improve conversion rates

Your Profile

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing within an ecommerce or DTC brand Revenue-driven
• A love for all things digital
• Expert-level acumen on performance marketing and SEO
• Strong technical data analysis skills (with Excel skills a plus!)
• Keen understanding of the creative aspects of digital marketing and partners well with copywriters and designers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail
• Analytical and creative, with many fun ideas
• Constantly curious with a love to learn outside of work
• A positive team player who is also a motivated self-starter
• A results-oriented person with real ownership of work product
• Degree holder in Marketing, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
