We're a disruptive Fintech in a high-growth, yet very volatile industry, 4 years old, set up for continued growth. The company environment is that of a high-growth stage startup; meaning it's fast-paced and results driven. We have 20 employees, 7 of which are located in the US. Our customers are retail stores that require high-touch point, white-glove service, who use our software. This is not a structured corporate environment where your progress and pay are blocked by time and hierarchy. If you actively think of how things can be improved, provide value, and have the right attitude, you will be rewarded.
The company is expanding very quickly, and we need a sales/data analyst who can help 1) ensure quality through the entire sales cycle from initial intro/demo meeting, application, underwriting, training, client launch, continued relationship management (own Hubspot), 2) own the analyses of our data and system to draw insights and suggestions on your own, 3) fill hole as needed in the company, and 4) think outside the box to bring value to the company. There's tremendous opportunity for growth and experience beyond what most companies can offer. This is because every employee is expected to be a self-motivated, critical thinking, value provider, wherein the goal is to make our customer's experience top notch.
This is not for someone looking to simply collect a paycheck. You won't be able to hide if you're not the right fit, as we all work in very close proximity with very high touch point. Please ask as many questions as you need to understand the role. We need people that can take ownership of their tasks with little oversight and direction, people that strive for improvement and identification of risks and opportunities as they go throughout their day.
This is a multifaceted role, that is not entirely defined, for a talented, agile person that understands data, insights, people, sales, marketing, etc. If you're looking for a company to dive into that will give you great experience and exposure to a startup and high-growth company, with compensation based on your performance, where your vision/comments/ideas are wanted and heard, then apply.
Here is a set of various possible responsibilities. To begin it will be more supportive, but as you learn you will be expected to lead some of these aspects.
Design and work with developers to build out new technologies
Help move customers along the sales cycle from initial demo to launching and
continued touch pointsManage our outbound marketing efforts
Manage our channel/referral partner relationships
Potentially travel to conventions with the team
Identifying new business opportunities within the company’s current markets and
developing strategies to expand sales and service presence.Identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement, then help build a response or update
to fix the issueIdentify and develop key metrics and KPIs for the company that provide insight for
company/product improvement
