Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities in the Saudi market. This includes researching and targeting relevant businesses, networking, and cold calling.

  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

  5. Presentation and Negotiation: Present our company to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and e-mails.

  6. Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

  7. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing campaigns for different products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or digital services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
