Job Description—
• Hunt for new business acquisition in India and International for the offerings of web and software services, handling the complete sales lifecycle
• Should have successfully handled at least one account with revenue in excess of 1 Crore (In India) for a minimum period of three years and shown growth (will be added advantage).
• Should have good contacts with prospective clients and have a strong networking in IT Service / Product Industry.
• To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.
• Proactively organize relevant workshops with prospective customers, along with seniors, team members, delivery & service line leaders (as applicable)
• Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and developing a deep understanding of their requirements and long-term business strategies.
• Work Closely with tech team and other organs of the organisation to run the complete sales cycle.
• Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation in global market for selling IT Managed Services and Software Development Services.
• Lead generation by email marketing/ cold calling/ LinkedIn or by other market campaigns and needs to build up the sales process.
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and promote them
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database
• Ability to develop a good understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
Requirements and skills
• Proven IT Sales experience (4 + years)
• Consistent performer.
• Proficient with corporate marketing and presentation techniques.
• Preference for candidates having IT sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
