The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the procurement team with a variety of tasks, including sourcing and negotiating contracts with vendors, managing supplier relationships, tracking and analyzing spending data, and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will be
- Sourcing and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Managing supplier relationships
- Tracking and analyzing spending and usage data
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Driving process efficiencies by measuring against set metrics
- Communicating with vendors, stakeholders, contract owners and teams across the company
- Other duties as assigned
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, or working in Technology or FinTech business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, and the ability to demonstrate those skills
